I went to them on the recommendation of a friend, and everything went pretty smoothly. I can say that the quality of work is really good, and the price is quite reasonable. Of course, the price depends on the type of glass and the model of the car, but I do not think they are overcharging much. In addition, they provide a guarantee for the work done - if after some time the glass cracks or a defect appears, they will fix it for free. This is really important, because sometimes there are problems with the quality of the material with auto glass. Another place I went to is All-West Glass. They also give good reviews, but their service seemed a little slow to me, although the quality of their work is not inferior. I was actually expecting the replacement to be done faster, but they were busy with other orders. If you don't care about urgency, you can choose them. But I had to wait a couple of days for them to order the glass for my car model. I have also heard good things about Canada's Auto Glass on 22nd Avenue. But they do have delays in delivering glass, and if you want something non-standard, you have to wait a few days. I would recommend them to those who can wait, but do not expect too high prices.

I used ICBC, and everything went just fine. The cost was covered by insurance, and they did the replacement in literally two hours. It's nice when all these issues are resolved quickly and without unnecessary questions. Overall, their service is top-notch - you can tell right away that these guys know their stuff. I liked the approach, they immediately explained how the work would be done, what kind of glass they have in stock and what alternatives are possible.
